If you're coming to pick up the puppy in-person by flying in, or by driving in, this is a cost free option from NARPuppies.com. However, if you wish use NARPuppies.com transportations services, an additional cost could occur before the puppy is delivered, and the transaction is finished from NARPuppies.com.
