If "Good-standing" is set to false at any point in-time by The NAR Puppies Board Of Trustees; the entity, it's license, officers, listed appointed seats, control seats; are considered void for all individuals; assets, license(s), appointed seats positions, default to the permanent custody The NAR Puppies Board Of Trustees. Individuals in the entity position seats are removed permanently in this situation; unless The NAR Puppies Board Of Trustees decides to put the entity back in good-standing, and re-assign appointment seats to new or existing individuals.
The only authorized, legal, individual(s) allowed to use this legal license document, are the current listed appointed seats; listed in current-time only in the business in question "Entity-Facts" page data, exclusively at www.NARPuppies.com. If an individual is not listed in the Entity Facts page data, that individual is not authorized or licensed under this license. If the entity business in question is set to "Good-Standing:False", the license is void for all individuals in existence; except for The NAR Puppies Board Of Trustees, for which the license legal custody defaults to, if this scenario arrises, in current-time.
No individual, outside of The NAR Puppies Board Of Trustees; especially a Notary Republic; or similar political paper pusher position; that is not The NAR Puppies Board Of Trustees; can not legally transfer this legal doctrine contract control, driver seat, ownership, license, contractee.
